I'm Zephyr, and I built Motioneed. I've been writing software for 20 years, and I still love code. Building a product and getting it seen are two different jobs, and most video tools want you to become a motion designer before they help with the second one.
So we built Motioneed from the other end. You give it a URL, or one sentence. It takes your real logo, your colors, your words, writes the video and its score, and hands it back finished. Creating and previewing stay free, because you shouldn't have to pay to see whether your idea looks good.

Sharper vertical videos
In 9:16 videos, wide footage now plays sharp across the screen over a soft, blurred copy of itself instead of being blown up or cropped, and a screenshot of your page sits whole under the headline.
Edits always clear covered words
Ask for a change and the new cut never leaves a picture or a layer over your words, even where the earlier cut had one. The reply comes in the language you wrote in.
Common questions
How do I turn a website URL into a product demo video?
Paste a public product URL into Motioneed. It reads the page, captures real UI screenshots, rebuilds the interface as HTML, and animates it to a score made for the cut. Narration is optional. The Free plan makes one video to preview in your browser; revising, export, and share links need a paid plan.
Does Motioneed use my real product interface, or stock footage?
Real interface. Screenshots are captured from the live page you paste and composed into scenes, so the video shows your actual UI rather than stock clips or a generated approximation.
What does it cost if I only need one video?
The Free plan makes one video, written on Claude Haiku 5.5, with the Motioneed mark; you can download it and share a link. A paid plan adds 1080p and 4K export with no mark, revising in chat, and version history. Paid plans open Stripe Checkout. Every video spends credits from your balance.

Auto writes on Haiku 5.5, so a 30s video costs 15 credits. Paid plans can also pick Sonnet 5.5 or Opus 5.5. A video is charged for the seconds it made; a failed video gives its credits back.
Film
Live-action brand films render on one of seven video models: Kling 3.0, Seedance and HeyGen. Pick the model on the Film page. Planning is free; the render is charged by length, resolution and model.

Privacy
This studio runs on your machine. A job’s page, screenshots, and video stay in the local jobs folder.
Theme stays in localStorage as motioneed-theme. An account is a name, an email, and a password hash in the local data folder, plus an HttpOnly session cookie. Its one analytics beacon goes to Motioneed itself: the funnel steps named below, under mn-visitor. Paying opens Stripe Checkout. Stripe receives the account email and the plan. The card stays with Stripe.
Signed-in pages: when you allow the Motioneed Chrome extension on a site, it sends that site's cookies and local storage to your account. They are encrypted on the server, used only to capture that site for your videos, and deleted after 24 hours or when you press Remove. Cookies you paste instead are held in memory for one capture and then dropped. Neither is logged or shown again. While a page is captured, email addresses and key-like strings on it are replaced with sample text, and nothing that sends, saves or creates is clicked.

Stripe confirms a payment, then this account stores the plan. Choosing Free does not charge a card. A subscription is canceled in the Stripe billing portal. The Film page renders live action on the video model you pick (Kling 3.0, Seedance or HeyGen) after you approve its plan. Revise takes a sentence and one image. Export runs when the preview is ready.
Motioneed Chrome extension
Film a page behind your login: one click on your page, and Motioneed is signed in to that site for 24 hours.
Install
- Unzip motioneed-extension.zip.
- Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top right).
- Press Load unpacked and choose the motioneed-extension folder.
Use
- Open your page in Chrome, signed in.
- Click the Motioneed icon, then Make a video of this page.
- Chrome asks to let Motioneed use your sign-in on that site. Allow it.
- Motioneed opens with your page filled in. Press Generate.
Works in Chrome, Edge and Brave. A work computer may have Developer mode turned off. Emails and keys on the page are masked in the video.
